Help From the Hart Charity (HFTH) was founded in 2017 by comedian, actor, and entrepreneur, Kevin Hart. HFTH is a nonprofit 501c3 organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Code. Kevin debuted the organization’s first fundraising effort at the New York Marathon in November 2017 where he raised more than $300,000 for the foundation.

HFTH’s focus is to support community-based organizations that address the educational, health and social needs of underserved communities, in addition to helping youth obtain higher learning through education scholarships.

HFTH is also a supporting partner of Britti-Cares International, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to give children every opportunity to smile, and have quality of life during their challenges with childhood cancer.
